Ash Wednesday and the Wednesdays of Lent

 Ash Wednesday, on March 2, begins our forty-day journey towards Easter.  During this service, Pastor Heather marks our foreheads with dust, symbolizing how we eventually return to the earth; yet, the action is exactly the same blessing we receive at baptism!  Join us Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary as together, we begin our journey.

Continuing our Lenten journey, Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm is a mid-week opportunity to slow down, meditate, and sing the “Holden Evening Prayer” by Marty Haugen. It is a brief, rejuvenating service lasting approximately one-half  hour.  Come and reflect with us beginning March 9 as we center ourselves through the “Holden Evening Prayer."
