  • June 11 at Holy Cross from 10:45 to 11:45 am—Formerly Incarcerated People: Belonging—Chantal Wentz.

Chantal Wentz is interested in meeting new people and collaborating on projects that make a difference for criminal     justice-impacted people in Nebraska. You’ll often find her meeting with community leaders, visiting with students and  families, and creating meaningful conversations with all who cross her path. She has had the honor of presenting for  TEDx and numerous groups around the community.
Her story has had its challenges too. Chantal spent 14 years incarcerated, but  that experience has given her a unique perspective and drive to make a difference. These days, she is the Volunteer Relations Manager for RISE, a reentry  non-profit in Nebraska. She is passionate about using her experiences to give back and provide support to those who  need it most.
