Becky Jones is the Worship and Music Coordinator at Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Performane and a Masters Degree in Vocal Pedagogy, both from Memphis State Universty (now Universty of Memphis). At Holy Cross, she leads the Adult and Children's Music Ministries. If not behind the piano, she is behind the organ or the bell tables. It has been told that she played the hand drum and played the piano at the same time when the percussionist was unable to make it. I can neither confirm or deny that rumor......
Becky has been seen on stage in several roles in Omaha and Memphis. Her favorite roles include Rosabella in "The Most Happy Fella" and Anita in "Westside Story." You may have heard her play keyboards in the orchestra pit, but who would know as you can barely see down there!!!!
Geoffrey and Becky have one daughter who is an Art Professor and a German Shephed who provides 24/7 security. She loves them all. It is a privledge to be in community and ministry with you at Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
