Food Pantry
We offer full food pantry services to our community.
1st Saturday of the month: 8-9:30 AM
3rd Thursday of the month: 5-6:30 PM
If you are in need of pantry assistance please bring a piece of mail with you to verify your address. 
Want to volunteer? The opportunities to volunteer include setting up, greeting people as they arrive, restocking tables, distributing personal items, helping customers bag their groceries and get them to their vehicle, etc. Contact Kelley Kennedy at or David Magnuson at for more information. 
Habitat for Humanity

Habitat is a Christian housing ministry which seeks to end poverty housing by offering low-income families an opportunity to purchase a home with a no-interest loan. More information on Habitat for Humanity of Omaha can be found at

Youth Emergency Services
Assisting youth experiencing homelessness and near-homelessness by providing critically-needed resources which support them in their desire to be self-sufficient.

Holy Cross Lutheran Church is a proud supporter of Youth Emergency Services in the following ways:

  • Lenten Offerings
  • Confirmation students preparing meals
  • Food & Clothing drives
  • Making blankets & meals during our Thanksgiving Eve Worship service
