September Pantry Update

The Holy Cross Food Pantry continues to serve the community the First Saturday and Third Thursday of every month.  We will continue with our drive-thru pantry service until further notice. 

September saw continued growth and lots of prep and planning for our upcoming Thanksgiving Food Pantry.  We are planning for 200 November 16th.  Watch the bulletin and Narthex for ways to help donate to make this much needed pantry a success. 

Special thanks this month to Nicole Szymczak and the Local Makers Collective for hosting the Harvest Market this month featuring the Holy Cross Food Pantry as their Community Spotlight.  Much needed canned and dry good donations were received that evening. Thanks!

Our numbers served through the years for reference.

• September 2022 we served 70 families with 238 individuals
• September 2023 we served 147 families with 678 individuals.

We appreciate all of your support as we continue to serve the community.

October Pantry Dates:

• Friday, October 6, 6:00 to 7:30 pm: Pantry Prep
• Saturday, October 7, 7:45 – 9:45 am: Drive Up Pantry
• Wednesday, October 18, 6:00 to 7:30 pm: Confirmation Pantry Prep
• Thursday, October 19, 4:45 – 6:45 pm: Drive Up Pantry
