On Sunday, May 30, we began our Summer Worship Series: “Change the Story: Rethinking Answers to Life's Most Important Questions.” (CLICK HERE for more information about the series.) During the month of June, we will reflect on the questions below.

  • June 6:  What are we here for?  Change the story from "Individual Salvation, Focus on Afterlife" to "Kingdom of God, Life Here and Now."  Deuteronomy 30:15-16 & Luke 4:16-21
  • June 13: Why do we Focus on such Small Sins? Change the story from "Personal Sin" to “Participation in Sinful Systems." Amos 8:4-6 & Mark 12:38-44
  • June 20: Is my Faith all up to Me? Change the story from "Individualist Faith - Me and Jesus" to "Communal Faith  - “Jesus and Us."  Exodus 4:10-16 & 1 Corinthians 12:12-21
  • June 27: Where is God? Change the story from "God out There" to "God Near by and Within." Genesis  21:16-19 & Acts 17:26-28
