The Diversity Mural is Completed!

It is with so much joy and delight that we can announce the Diversity Mural Project with Holy Cross Lutheran Church Omaha and Midland University Blank Space Art Hub & Black Student Union is officially finished!!! After countless volunteer hours, we have achieved what we set out to do:  social justice through art.  We had hard discussions; we learned about each other; and we all went back out into the world better than we were before-all because we listened, learned, and were dedicated to making a difference.  All ages were included on the millions of brush strokes!   Some of the drawings were submitted by Morton Middle School Students.

Also, stay tuned for our Drive-by Event that Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Midland University will be hosting soon!!!  Thank you to everyone who participated to make this project happen.  Thank you to Professor Katy Jones for having a vision and wanting to share it through art.
