Every year we enter into the season of Lent with these words, “Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return.”  No matter our age, these words remind us that we are all temporary; that we will all die and be returned to the earth.

Dear Holy Cross,

I recently broke my wrist and required surgery. As I waiting in Pre-Op, I was stressed and worried. Then I remembered the prayers from my Holy Cross family and I gained a sense of peace and comfort. The surgery went very well, and I am recovering. Thank you for your prayers! They do make a difference!

Dear Holy Cross Endowment Team,

On behalf of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Inc., its sponsors, volunteers, and bed recipients, we would like to thank you for your generous donation. Your support has played a pivotal role in our mission to see that no kid sleeps on the floor in our town!
Thanks to the dedication of 138,000 volunteers, we delivered over 75,000 beds to children in 2024, transforming their lives and improving their overall well-being. This brings SHP's all time total beds delivered to over 256,000 kids. Yet the demand remains staggering with over 157,000 kids still waiting for the security and warmth of a bed to call their own. 
Thank you for being a crucial part of their journey.
